H1N1 vaccine
is available for anyone over 6 months of age through the Health Department's
walk-in clinics at the dates, times and
locations listed below.

If you
have a group of 20 or more that would like to be vaccinated, we can
come to your location. Please call our office at 419-228-4457 and
ask to schedule an H1N1 vaccine clinic.
