Breast & Cervical Cancer Program
 
 

General Information

We provide breast and cervical cancer education and screening. This is a
program of the Allen County Health Department.

Services

  • Individual and community education
  • No cost Pap Test
  • No cost breast exam
  • No cost mammogram

Eligibility
 To qualify for this program, you must meet age and income guidelines:

  • Low income
  • Women 40+ for Pap test
  • Women 50+ for mammograms

Cost
 There is no charge.

How do I make an appointment?
Call for enrollment.  Appointments will be made with contracted providers.
