Subcommittee of Allen County Healthy People 2010
Mission Statement:
Assess the health status of women of childbearing age, infants and
children within the Health District; to assess the health delivery
system for this population; and to design programs and services to
improve both.

and share information to promote service quality and

activities including identification of problems, service

findings and recommendations with the Board of Health,
elected officials, the state health department and community
