The Allen County
Creating Healthy Communities Coalition is dedicated to improving the
vitality and well-being of Allen County residents by working
together to make the healthy choice the easy choice where we live,
work and play.
The programs of
Creating Healthy Communities have a focus on four different settings.

How are we doing
with healthy lifestyles in Allen County, Ohio?
According to the
2009 Allen County Community needs assessment:
