Parents and
parent groups
Parents and
parent groups can help promote eating smart and moving more in many
ways, such as working with schools to achieve their wellness policy
goals, selling healthy food for fundraisers and concessions, or
starting a walking program.
The Parent Guide developed by Ohio Action for
Healthy Kids offers parent groups more ideas on how they can help
promote eating smarter and moving more at school.
