 The goal of this
program is to prevent the spread of the HIV disease through
education and testing.
Services
We offer FREE
Confidential or Anonymous HIV testing in Allen, Auglaize, Hardin,
and Van Wert counties.
Private appointment times are available Monday – Friday. Call to set
up your own
test time and date in either Allen, Auglaize, Hardin or
Van Wert counties
