Notice to Manufactured Home Buyers
Manufactured home
parks in Ohio are regulated under the authority of Chapter 3733 of
the
Ohio Revised Code
(ORC). “Manufactured home park” means any
tract of land upon which three or more manufactured homes used for
habitation are parked. Manufactured home parks are subject to the
rules for construction, drainage, flood plain management,
sanitation, safety and operation as specified in Chapter 3701-27 of
the
Ohio Administrative Code
(OAC).
Licenses for Manufactured Home Parks
Licenses must be
renewed by January 1 every year. Any questions about manufactured
home park licenses in Allen County can be directed to the
Environmental Division of the Allen County Health Department at

Manufactured Home Replacement Report
Use this
form for home placement, room additions, and/or auxiliary
building placement. This form must be submitted to the
Allen County Health Department at least two business days
prior to placement. |
