Information
The Allen County Health Department offers pregnancy testing and
helps those who test positive for pregnancy fill out a Medicaid
application, if needed. Obstetrical referrals are made to help
pregnant women get medical care during their pregnancy.

Eligibility
This program is available for pregnant women who are residents of
Allen County or surrounding counties
Cost
We use a sliding fee scale for service based on family income.
Medical card accepted. No one will be denied services due to the
inability to pay.

testing and services.
