Community Needs
Assessment
The Allen County
Community Needs Assessment was completed in December 2002. This
assessment identifies community issues, mental health issues, and
physical health issues.
Annual Reports
Annual Reports
are published annually in March.
Child Fatality
Review
The annual Child
Fatality Review Reports include the causes of death, age, sex, race,
neighborhood residences and other pertinent information about the
Allen County children who die each calendar year.
Newsletters
Allen County
Health Department newsletters are published every other month,
except in March and April, when the Annual Report is published.
