Information
Our goal is to help all children grow up healthy. Children are seen
by appointment in these clinics.
The clinics are sponsored by the Ohio Department of Health’s Bureau
for Child and Family Health Services and are offered in our area
through the Allen County Health Department’s Bureau for Children
with Medical Handicaps (BCMH) Program.
Eligibility
All children ages birth to 21 years are eligible for services.
Cost
There is no cost to be seen at one of the Specialty Clinics.
How do I make an appointment?
Call the Health Department at 419-228-4457 and ask to make an
appointment for the vision or hearing clinic.
