Worksite Wellness Group
The Allen County
Worksite Wellness Group meets four times a year. Any business or
agency in Allen County is invited to attend. However, an RSVP for
each session is requested. Meetings are usually held at the United Way
Conference Room, 616 E. Collett St., Lima, Ohio.

Stroke Awareness
and Prevention
The stroke death rate in Allen County is
higher than the Ohio and national averages. Help your employees
know the signs and symptoms of stroke by acting
FAST.
Workplaces can request a display board on stroke, posters, DVD
video, handouts, and/or schedule an informational presentation from
